Luke McConochie

Luke is a qualified carpenter with strong roots in Dubbo and the Central West, bringing together hands-on building experience and more than 15 years of local business development experience.

After studying Business and Marketing at a business college in Sydney, Luke returned to the region and completed his carpentry trade as a mature-age apprentice. His combination of trade and business experience gives him a practical understanding of building, along with a strong appreciation for the importance of clear communication and good relationships throughout a project.

Luke has spent more than 15 years in business development in Dubbo, building long-standing relationships with businesses and people right across the Central West. It’s given him a genuine understanding of the local community and the people and businesses that make the region home.

Outside of work, Luke has played both rugby and tennis locally and now spends much of his time coaching his kids' rugby teams.

He lives locally, raises his family here and is part of the same community he builds in. For Luke, that local connection matters — and so does making sure every client feels they’re in good hands from the first conversation through to the finished home.
